Meet Emmanuel
Meet Emmanuel, born December 5th, 2019, the youngest of five brothers. Tragically, Emmanuel lost his mother during childbirth in 2020, leaving him and his brothers in the care of elderly grandparents who struggled to provide for them. For years, Emmanuel faced hunger and uncertainty, with no access to basic needs or education. But in March 2024, his life changed when he was welcomed into our Children’s Home. Emmanuel found shelter and a loving community committed to his growth and happiness here. Watch “A Day in the Life of Emmanuel” to see the joy, strength, and hope that now fills his days, made possible by your support.

Sponsorship: Two Tales, One Family – A Full – Circle Impact
Part 1: Festus’ Journey – Prison Training Program
Meet Festus, a father of five is currently serving a longterm prison sentence. Despite being separated from his family, Festus is determined to create a better future for them. Through Access Hope’s Prison Training Program, he has completed our Administration and Computer Program, gaining valuable skills that will empower him to support his family upon release. This opportunity has given Festus hope and a sense of purpose, knowing he can provide for his loved ones once he returns home.
Your sponsorship has impacted Festus’ life and laid the groundwork for his family’s future stability. By supporting his education, you have given Festus the tools to break the cycle of hardship and build a brighter future for his children.
Part 2: Jackline and Magdalene Community Based Care
While Festus works towards his future from behind bars, his wife Jackline courageously raises their five children independently. Magdalene, their youngest, was born in November 2016. Jackline struggles daily to provide for her children, relying on menial jobs without a steady source of income. Despite these challenges, she remains committed to giving her children the best life possible.
Thanks to your generous support through Access Hope Community Based Care, Magdaline receives an education and meets her basic needs. This support has been a lifeline for Jackline, who now has the reassurance that her daughter is being cared for and has a brighter future.
Your sponsorship has brought immediate relief to this family and ensured that they have the resources needed to become self-sufficient. This story of resilience and hope is a testament to the life-changing impact of your support. Thank you for being a crucial part of their journey!
Our Ambassadors
Constanza Herrero
I am Constanza Herrero an Australian/Chilean singer, songwriter and actress, winner of the ‘John Lennon Song Writing Contest’ (Grand Prize and Lennon Award) and a ‘LA Music Critic Award’ in 2018. I met Linda Gouldsmith at the Perth Women’s Convention several years ago while I was still living in Australia. I was immediately amazed by Linda’s passion and courage to establish Access Hope. After meeting her and learning about everything the charity does, my mother and I quickly became sponsors. I am honoured and humbled to now support Access Hope as an Ambassador. Access Hope helps improve the quality of life of many children and adults in Kenya. Yet the most important characteristic of Access Hope is that they not only support people’s physical needs, but they also care for their spiritual needs, pointing them to the faithfulness of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is a joy to play a small part of this wonderful ministry!
